Research

My interests include climatology, climate and health, climatic effects on vector born diseases, global change, and climate/environmental modeling. My goal is to better understand and predict changes in the climate system through the creation of computer models. I also hope to utilize these models and techniques in a way beneficial to stakeholders. In particular, I would like to create a dynamic model to predict the distributions of disease vectors based on climatic data.

Project Involvement

  • Climas Project
  • "A Comparison of Daily CRN and COOP Temperature and Precipitation Measurements for Durham, New Hampshire, 2002-2004"
