Curriculum Vitae

Research

My research explores the relationships between political economy, state-society relations, and socio-ecological change. My dissertation project focuses on the politics of environmental management in the coffee-producing region of central Veracruz, Mexico, examining competing productions of space (both material and discursive) by various actors (including non-human), and the outcomes for smallholders, policy-makers, nature and knowledge formation.
